Business Controller for Siemens

You will be employed by Jefferson Wells for this position, with good opportunities to eventually transition to a permanent position at Siemens.

About the Role

As a Business Controller, you will be a key person in our team. You will analyze and understand the performance development of key figures within your area of responsibility, present transparent financial information to management, and work with closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities. You will collaborate closely with the business department and other commercial functions in our global organization and contribute to the development and digitalization of financial processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze key figures and understand performance development (e.g., absorption, sales and administrative costs, gross profit)
• Present clear financial reports to management
• Work with closing, budgeting, and forecasts
• Support the business department in financial matters
• Drive the development and digitalization of financial processes

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Bachelor's degree in business economics or similar commercial education
• 1-5 years of experience in business controlling or a similar field
• Fluent English (Swedish is a plus but not a requirement)
• Good knowledge of SAP and Excel is highly desirable
• A structured, efficient, and analytical personality with the ability to collaborate and drive improvements
